To finish posts dedicated to Cracow, I would
like to share with you my reflection about street musicians whom we can find so
many there.
Cracow as a city is very well known from its
unique atmosphere which attracts people from all over the world. One of the
typical things that we can notice easily in the main square or nearby streets
are amateur musicians playing different kind of instruments, from guitar to
piano or even more like all groups of people who sing or dance in the street
for fun and to enjoy time with their audience.
This kind of amusement in the main square
allows people to be noticed and to promote their music which I think is really
amazing.
In this summer I have seen a guy or maybe I
should say I have heard him playing the guitar so lovely that I could not get
over his music. He has a big talent, it
is for sure, but what makes his music so marvelous for me is the fact that he
usually plays a mix of Spanish and Arabic music, we can say it is an Andalusian
mix of rhythm. At the end of the post I will put one of the videos which I
recorded being there. So you will be able to judge it by yourself.
I remember one late evening when I was coming
back home from work. It was a nice evening after a very hot day which exhausted
us completely. I have to admit I was really tired, I needed to relax and
suddenly I heard from a distance his guitar, yes, I already was sure that it
was he playing the music. At that moment I could recognize his specific songs
which only were playing by him. I really don’t remember what title has that
song he was playing that evening but I love it so much, and I am going to let
you hear it right now. So enjoy it! :D
